More Information on the Survey
This survey is part of the Alberta AgriSystems Living Lab (AALL) led by Alberta Beef Producers and supported by several other organizations, including the cropping sector. Farmers and ranchers in all of Alberta are invited to participate, and individual survey responses are anonymous.
The AALL is focused on beneficial management practices (BMPs) that producers use on their farms and ranches every day. Measuring the impact of these practices on profitability, production, greenhouse gas emission reduction and carbon sequestration is key to prove the value of the environmental goods and services provided by producers. The results from this survey and the larger project will be used to help direct government policy and inform the public about industry efforts to care for the environment.
